How can I find out more about Avo?

Where is Avo available in the world?

Avo is currently available everywhere except India and China.

What phone/device and software do I need to play Avo?
Avo needs iOS 11, and will work on:
• iPhone 5S and up

• iPad Air and up

• 5th generation iPad Mini 2 and up

• All iPad Pros

• 6th generation iPod Touch


Why can't I play an episode?
Oh no! There are a few things you can try, and if these don't apply, email us and we can help! support@playdeo.co.uk.

It may be that your phone hasn't downloaded the episode you're trying to play. This might be because your phone doesn't have a good enough Wifi connection, or because you don't have enough Beans to play the episode (you can check this in the Shop in the app, by tapping on the Bean Counter).

Sometimes there’s a small bug, where the device thinks it has downloaded an Episode, when it hasn’t. This is easy to fix by deleting the app, restarting your phone, and reinstalling Avo. You won't lose any progress or purchases.
